A hearing aid aftercare service that is second to none
All of our hearing aid products come with a TWO YEAR manufacturer's warranty should anything go wrong. You can also extend this warranty at the time of purchase for up to a further three years if you wish. We take all aspects of aftercare very seriously. We pride ourselves on looking after our customers and offering that personal touch that we try to apply to every situation.
Follow-up visits
Our policy is to visit you every six months to ensure that your hearing aids are working properly and to check on the health of your ears. We want to make sure that you are getting the best from your hearing aids and are not experiencing any problems.
In the meantime, if you have any doubts regarding how well your hearing aids are working, or if you experience any discomfort, then please contact us immediately. Often there is nothing to worry about, but it gives everyone some peace of mind just to know everything is fine

Even if you have bought a hearing aid elsewhere, we are more than happy to help you with any problems you might have. All makes of hearing aid can be repaired, even those we do not normally supply ourselves. If your hearing aid was supplied by the NHS, you should contact your local NHS Audiology Department in the first instance.
